Are you experiencing Hulu load failure? Or does Hulu keep loading incessantly?
The loading error is usually accompanied by an error message that says “failed to load Hulu” and the error code: ERROR94.
I have been in this situation several times, and I perfectly understand how unpleasant this experience can be.
This guide will outline all the troubleshooting methods that helped me fix the issue.
Why is Hulu Load Failure Happen?
Hulu load failure happens when you try to play a video from the library.
The video loads for a long time and then displays an “ERROR94” code.
This problem is not exclusive to any one device. It can happen on a mobile phone, tablet, PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and streaming sticks.
I had to do a lot of research and try different methods before finding the methods to fix this Hulu streaming issue.
Here are some of the reasons why the Hulu loading failure often happens.
- Internet connection problem
- Outdated Hulu app
- Outdated device software
- Hulu server issue
- Corrupted cache files.
Now, let’s go ahead and take a look at how we can fix the problem.
How to Fix Hulu Loading Failure Roku TV
1. Check the Hulu server
The streaming platform may misbehave when the Hulu server is down for maintenance or due to a problem.
One of the indicators that the server is down is when Hulu keeps loading or displays a loading error.
You have to be sure that this is not a server problem.
Check Downdetector to confirm the Hulu server status. If the server is down, you’ll have to wait until it’s restored before you can continue streaming.
2. Check your Internet Connection
Sometimes, I experience a loading error when my internet connection fluctuates.
If you suspect your internet connection could be the problem, you can always run a speed test on Fast.com to see your internet speed.
If you are getting anything less than 5Mbps, that could be where the issue comes from.
You may also notice that Hulu keeps buffering when streaming content if your internet speed is an issue.
I understand the internet plan you’re subscribed to could limit your internet speed.
If that’s the case for you and you can’t subscribe to a higher internet plan, apply the following method to improve your connection speed.
